PANAMA CITY, FL -- (Dec. 12, 2018) Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. John Richardson and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Russell Smith visited Naval Support Activity Panama City (NSA PC). While aboard, CNO reenlisted five Sailors prior to an all hands call and observed Aviation Physiological Episode (PE) testing and research currently being conducted at the Navy Experimental Diving Unit (NEDU). NSA PC is the home of joint military diving for all services and allied nations and is a leader in research and development, manned/unmanned test and evaluation, and training future warfighters in the expeditionary and undersea warfare areas.
