NAVAL BASE SAN DIEGO – Vice Adm. Rich Brown, Commander, Naval Surface Force U.S. Pacific Fleet, salutes the flag during the Combined Integrated Air and Missile Trainer (CIAT) opening ceremony, Dec. 6. CIAT is a state-of-the-art trainer that creates a culture of excellence within the Surface Force by Simulating high-end tactical training needed to build lethality, warfighting and tactical proficiency.
