U.S. Army Spc. James Brundon from Hawk Company, 3rd Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment provides a block of instructions on the Engagement Skills Trainer M4/M203 Grenade launcher to Turkish soldiers at Rose Barracks in Vilseck, Germany, Dec. 5, 2011. The Engagement Skills Trainer is a simulator that provides initial and sustainment marksmanship training, static unit collective gunnery and tactical training, and shoot/don't shoot training. 2nd Cavalry Regiment is conducting a Small Unit Exchange with the Turkish Army from Dec. 2 to Dec. 12, 2011 to build and develop an enduring relationship with the Turkish land forces. The exchange is a 2-part exercise, with 2nd Cavalry Regiment deploying a squad sized element to train at the Turkish commando school and the Turkish army deploying a 10-man detachment to Rose Barracks to train with 2nd Cavalry Regiment.
