A Washington State Ferry crew member holds up a plaque after it had been presented to Able-Bodied Seaman Donna Phillips in a small ceremony aboard the motor vessel Kaleetan while en route to Seattle from Bremerton, Dec. 3, 2018.

The plaque thanks Phillips for her rescue efforts and will be mounted to a wall onboard one of the ferries for all the passengers to see.
