A man in a blue jacket and navy cap appears to be giving a guided tour or briefing to two women on what appears to be the elevated deck of a naval vessel or warship. The women are holding professional DSLR cameras, suggesting they may be photographers or journalists. An urban cityscape with brick buildings is visible in the background.

Emma Hummer, a student at Old Dominion University (with camera) and an intern with the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, receives a guided tour of the USS Wisconsin (BB 64). The tour was coordinated by Darcy Sink, the Museum’s Volunteer Coordinator and conducted by one of the Battleship Wisconsin’s Volunteers. The Wisconsin is an Iowa-Class Battleship that is moored permanently next to the Hampton Roads Naval Museum and Nauticus in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia as a museum ship.
