A man in a blue jacket and cap appears to be giving a guided tour on the elevated deck of what looks like a naval vessel or ship museum. He is explaining equipment to two women, one of whom is carrying a professional camera. The urban skyline with brick buildings is visible in the background, suggesting the vessel is docked in a city harbor.

Emma Hummer, a student at Old Dominion University (with camera) and an intern with the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, receives a guided tour of the USS Wisconsin (BB 64). The tour was coordinated by Darcy Sink, the Museum’s Volunteer Coordinator and conducted by one of the Battleship Wisconsin’s Volunteers. The Wisconsin is an Iowa-Class Battleship that is moored permanently next to the Hampton Roads Naval Museum and Nauticus in Downtown Norfolk, Virginia as a museum ship.
