Sailors assigned to the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga offload a tractor, rubber-tired articulated steering, multi-purpose vehicle assigned to Combat Logistics Regiment 3 which will be used for flood relief here Nov 28. The III Marine Expeditionary Force Flood Relief Command Element, in coordination with the Thai Ministry of Defense, directed the Tortuga and CLR-3 to assist and support the Royal Government of Thailand in flood relief efforts.
