Sailors assigned to the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga attach cables to a cargo container while offloading Combat Logistics Regiment 3 equipment used for flood relief here Nov 28. The III Marine Expeditionary Force Flood Relief Command Element, in coordination with the Thai Ministry of Defense, directed the Tortuga and CLR-3 to assist and support the Royal Government of Thailand in flood relief efforts.
