Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, Alpha Company, operate a dump truck to transport underlayer stone along the shoreline of Naval Station Rota, Spain, Nov. 14, 2018. This project serves to stabilize the eroding shoreline and protect the base housing. NMCB 1 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the 6th Fleet area of operations.
