Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, Delta Company, dig out space for the piping of a new Military Working Dog (MWD) facility on Naval Station Rota, Spain, Nov. 14, 2018. This project serves to provide a safe and effective facility to house and train MWD's. NMCB 1 is forward deployed to execute construction, humanitarian and foreign assistance, and theater security cooperation in the 6th Fleet area of operations.
