A U.S. Soldier with the Guam Army National Guard releases tie straps from a military tactical vehicle for commercial heavy equipment operators to grab roofing tin off the truck bed at a recycling center in Lower Base, Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Nov. 25, 2018. The GUARNG and 9th Mission Support Command Saipan, working with the Department of Public Works and the Saipan Mayor's Office personnel, have collected more than 11,000 cubic yards of debris along primary and secondary roads.
