BRUNEI BAY (Nov. 15, 2018) - The bridge team aboard Military Sealift Command’s expeditionary fast transport ship USNS Fall River (T-EPF 4), along with Sailors from the Royal Brunei Navy, look on from the bridge as the ship departs Bandar Seri Begewan for the atsea phase of Cooperation Afloat Training and Readines (CARAT) Brunei 2018. CARAT Brunei 2018 marks the 24th iteration of the maritime exercise series and reflects the growing relationship between the U.S. and Royal Brunei Navy to further expand bilateral and multilateral exercises in cooperatively ensuring maritime security, stability and prosperity.
