Armando Franco, AFW2 Airman for Life Program Lead, teaches wounded warriors about the benefits of journaling. Armando is a retired U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. who uses journaling in his own recovery and is a great example of the long-term benefits of writing down thoughts before, during, and after recovery. Resiliency programs are a mainstay of the AFW2 CARE events, offering wounded warriors access to different holistic healing approaches for their long-term success in recovery.
