181102-N-OH861-1003 SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif. (Nov. 4, 2018) Builder Constructionman Rian Bjork from Edwards, Calif., and assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. San Clemente Island, looks through an automatic elevation finding lens to plot out elevation points for the expansion of a road for an aerial target drone launch site. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
