(Nov. 4, 2018) Builder 3rd Class Evan Lisano from Highlands Ranch, Colo., Builder Constructionman Matthew Best, from Stockton, Calif., and Builder Constructionman Rian Bjork, from Edwards, Calif., all assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, Det. San Clemente Island, bend and cut reinforcing steel for an aerial target drone launch site project. NMCB-3 is forward deployed throughout the Indo-Pacific region and United States ready to support major combat operations, theater security, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
