NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – (Oct. 30, 2018) Navy Counselor 1st Class Harold Dayse of Beaumont, Texas, the leading petty officer assigned to Navy Recruiting Station (NRS) New Braunfels, Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio, speaks with future Sailors and twin brothers, Jack and James Lanier of Universal City, Texas, regarding the Navy’s Delayed Entry Program at the NRS during the twin’s 72-hour indoctrination process. The Lanier brothers are seniors at Marion High School in Marion, Texas, and joined the Navy in the Nuclear Propulsion Program which currently is awarding bonuses of up to $40,000. Dayse, who has been recruiting since 2015, is a 2010 graduate of Ozen High School and joined the Navy in 2002.
