    In this image released by the Texas Military Forces, Sgt Jahsen Dilger provides instruction to Lt Col Dedrick Hoskins, the deputy J6 for Oklahoma's Joint Task Force, on how to remotely access Defense Connect Online to improve mission communications and information distribution during Operation Sooner Response, Nov. 15, 2011. The event featured six states engaging simulated disaster incidents throughout five sites in Oklahoma. Texas soldiers supported the mission by contributing the 6th Civil Support Team and personnel assets from the FEMA Region VI Homeland Response Force.
