    In this image released by the Texas Military Forces, New Mexico Guardsmen engage a simulated disaster site for Operation Sooner Response at Camp Gruber, Okla., Nov. 15, 2011. The exercise featured six states engaging simulated disaster incidents throughout five sites in Oklahoma. Texas soldiers supported the mission by contributing the 6th Civil Support Team and personnel assets from the FEMA Region VI Homeland Response Force.
