JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Nov. 7, 2018) – Lt. Erica Waddell, an operating room nurse at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, shares her Nurse Corps experiences with Darnell-Cookman School of the Medical Arts students during the hospital’s kick-off of its annual Science, Service, Medicine and Mentoring (S2M2) program on Nov. 7 at the school. About 80 students attended the kick-off event, with hopes of being selected for the intensive one-week summer internship at the hospital.
