Stephanie Kramer, director Base Operation Maintenance Division, listens to welcome remarks for an anniversary ceremony celebrating 20 years of the division’s apprenticeship program at Rose Barracks Vilseck, Oct. 29. Kramer was the first apprentice and graduate of the division’s apprenticeship program. Since 1998, BASOPS Maintenance, a directorate of the 405th AFSB, certifies and trains youth in a variety of directorate related fields, ranging from electronics repairman to contracting officer representative, supply specialist to administrative assistance.
