    Sgt. 1st Class Aaron Sanders, prime power contracting officer, directs the movement of generators at Joint Base Balad, Iraq, Oct. 15, 2011. Eight generators were redistributed as part of JB Balad's closure. JB Balad has disassembled units, turned in equipment and shut down services to transition the base to the Iraqi government.
