As part of a Veterans Day celebration, service members in the Philadelphia area attended the Nov. 7, Bears vs. Eagles, Monday night football game, with tickets courtesy of the Pro vs. GI Joe non-profit veteran’s organization. Pro vs. GI Joe, an organization to help celebrate and recognize the sacrifice our service members make by setting up video-game competitions between professional athletes and troops. “The game and event were amazing,” said Spc. Ashley N. Slaymaker, with the 223rd TC, Newton Square, Pa. “Simple opportunities like this help our morale and make us realize we are truly an outstanding country.
