The crew aboard a Coast Guard Station Los Angeles-Long Beach 45-foot Response Boat-Medium pulls alongside the Coast Guard Cutter Robert Ward (WPC-1130) to conduct a personnel transfer in the San Pedro Channel, Oct. 31, 2018. The Robert Ward was transiting toward its homeport of Coast Guard Base Los Angeles-Long Beach for the first time where family and friends waited to see their loved ones for the first time in several months.
