Dave Kurtz, executive officer, USS Nimitz (CVN 68), partakes in a Coalition for Sailors Against Destructive Decisions event in the hangar bay of USS Nimitz using plastic disposable cups filled with candy to raise awareness about responsible alcohol consumption. Nimitz is conducting a docking planned incremental availability at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility where the ship is receiving scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
