181025-N-CU072-1260 SAN DIEGO (Oct. 25, 2018) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Equipment) 3rd Class Robert Rumery, assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), cuts a piece of wood during a volunteer project at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore as part of San Diego Fleet Week. San Diego Fleet Week is an opportunity for the American public to meet their Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard teams and experience America’s sea services. During fleet week, service members participate in various community service events, showcase capabilities and equipment to the community, and enjoy the hospitality of San Diego and its surrounding areas.
