CAMP HUMPHREYS, Republic of Korea – Col. Marc Cloutier (Left), commander, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division; Maj. Gen. Scott McKean (Center), commander, 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-U.S. Combined Division; and Col. Mike Adams (Right), commander, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division render honors during the transfer-of-authority ceremony between 1st ABCT, 3rd ID, and 3rd ABCT, 1st AD. 3rd ABCT will serve as the new rotational tank brigade under the 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-U.S. Combined Division.
