CAMP HUMPHREYS, Republic of Korea – Col. Mike Adams (Left), commander, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division; Maj. Gen. Scott McKean (Center), commander, 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-U.S. Combined Division; and Col. Marc Cloutier (Right), commander, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division stand at parade rest during the transfer-of-authority ceremony between 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, and 3rd ABCT, 1st Armored Division. 3rd ABCT will serve as the new rotational tank brigade under the 2nd Infantry Division/ROK-U.S. Combined Division.
