Burt Kinman, is a retired quality assurance specialist. He stands next to his 1964 Volkswagen van that his wife purchased for him 23 years ago. The two have been working on this fun restoration project ever since. They take this rare 21 windowed model to a few car shows throughout the year. Burt is one of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Walla Walla District’s employees who participated in the “Wheels to Work” day, on October 19, 2018, in Walla Walla, Washington.
