A civilian instructor or contractor in a blue t-shirt is demonstrating or explaining equipment components to U.S. Army soldiers in a military facility, likely an armory or training hall. The soldiers are wearing OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms with U.S. Army patches. The setting appears to be a training or equipment familiarization session with various military field equipment visible in the background.
