At a newly opened Right of Entry (ROE) collection site in Panama City, Fla., Kenneth Matheson from ERDC, out of Vicksburg, Miss., and Olivia Crisp from Little Rock District assist William Lewis from Lynn Haven, Fla., in signing up for the Operation Blue Roof program. USACE’s Jacksonville District, has been tasked by FEMA to assist eligible homeowners with temporary roof repairs. The program provides a temporary covering of blue plastic sheeting to help reduce further damage to property until permanent repairs can be made.
