Damage Controlman 3rd Class James Battaglia supervises members of the Panamanian public security forces as they put out a mock fire in the Well Deck of the USS Oak Hill Oct. 31. Panamanian public security forces boarded the Oak Hill to participate in subject matter expert exchanges aboard the Amphibious Dock Landing Ship Oak Hill. Oak Hill is participating in Amphibious Southern Partnership Station 2012, an annual deployment of U.S. military training teams to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility.
