    Amphibious Southern Partnership Station 2012

    Damage Controlman 2nd Class Jonathan Laes, inspects the air seal of the mask worn by Carlos Miranda, a member of the Panamanian Public security forces in the Well Deck of the Amphibious Dock Landing Ship USS Oak Hill to ensure the mask will function properly in the event of a fire Oct. 31. The full firefighting ensemble was worn as part of a training drill known as "D.C. Olympics." Oak Hill is participating in Southern Partnership Station, an annual deployment of U.S. military training teams to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility.
