Gerald Girardot, a Contingency Engineering Response Team (CERT) member from Jacksonville, Fla., uses an installation map to locate specific facilities on Naval Support Activity Panama City to perform damage assessments. The team arrived Oct. 12 to begin evaluating facilities and infrastructure on base after Hurricane Michael caused devastating damage to the area.
