    181004-N-IY469-019 – PCSI staff members sponsor a base clean up and plant trees to enhance the landscaping around NSA Hampton Roads-Portsmouth Annex and NMCP for National Public Lands Day. Then cleanup portion of the project was held on Oct. 4 due to Hurricane Florence.
