A group from the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Commonwealth Port Authority, and Department of Defense civilians, contractors and service members take a tour of a KC-135R Stratotanker on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Sept. 19, 2018. All parties were in Hawaii for the fourth round of land lease negotiations for future use of the Tinian International Airport. Construction on Tinian will include a cargo pad, maintenance support facility, parking apron taxiway, fuel tanks and a pipeline. Since the ramp is being designed for KC-135 and KC-46A use, it was important for the group so see the aircraft and its capabilities. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Hailey Haux)
