DAHLGREN, Va. (Sept. 11, 2018) – U.S. Navy Ensign Dillard Patton presents a Navy spouse coin to his wife, Nourhan Ibrahim, moments after he was commissioned into the Naval reserves as an ensign. The NSWCDD System Safety Engineering Division civilian engineer expressed a special appreciation to his wife, son, and all his family during the ceremony. “Without your support, I wouldn’t be standing where I am today,” said Patton. “You have stood by my side through my best and my worst, but in all instances you motivated me to give it my all and succeed.”
