U.S. Marines Maj. John Dunn, Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force – Southern Command’s command element officer in charge, briefs the SPMAGTF-SC crisis action team, integrated with Honduran partner military here, September 18. The brief was part of a foreign humanitarian assistance subject matter that allowed SPMAGTF-SC and the Hondurans the opportunity to gain a better understanding of each other's planning process. The Marines and Sailors of SPMAGTF-SC are conducting security cooperation training and engineering projects alongside partner nation military forces in Central and South America.
