The sun sets over northern Iraq, Oct. 1, during a short halt on a convoy escort mission for Alpha Company, 2nd Platoon, 4th Convoy Escort Team, 1st Battalion, 149th Infantry Regiment, 77th Sustainment Brigade, 310th Expeditionary Sustainment Command. The soldiers of A Company spent, Oct. 1-5, traveling across northern Iraq in one of their last major missions escorting convoys before heading south to Kuwait.
