Shallow-Water Response Team 3 crew members rescued four pit bulls, eleven beagles and their owners from rising flood waters caused by Hurricane Florence in Delco, North Carolina, Sept. 16, 2018.

The Coast Guard is conducting search and rescue operations in support of state and local emergency operation centers.
