Three rescue personnel in orange uniforms are navigating a red 'War Eagle Boats' vessel (numbered 161410) through a heavily flooded area, likely during or after a major storm or hurricane. They have rescued at least two dogs — a smaller dog and a tan/brown larger dog — visible aboard the boat. The surrounding area shows significant flood inundation with submerged parking lots, buildings, and infrastructure.
