    III Marine Expeditionary Force   

    A KC-130J Hercules aircraft assigned to Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 152, rolls down the strip on the Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, flight line Oct. 15. The KC-130J departed for Don Mueng, Thailand, with a 10-man humanitarian assistance survey team. The HAST will travel to the affected area to conduct assessments and determine the required HA/DR support. III MEF regularly trains to respond to natural disasters during exercises held on Okinawa and throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Marine Aerial Refuler Transport Squadron 152 is assigned to Marine Aircraft Group 36, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III MEF.
