NORFOLK (Sept. 16, 2018) Aviation Ordnanceman Airman Recruit Stephen Ridley (left) and Aviation Ordnanceman Airman Recruit Skyler Sceals raise the ensign on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72). Abraham Lincoln returns to Naval Station Norfolk after Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command ordered all U.S. Navy ships in the Hampton Roads area to sortie on Sept. 10, ahead of Hurricane Florence, a storm that brought high winds and rain to the Mid-Atlantic coast.
