JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Sept. 11, 2018) – Personnel Specialist 2nd Class Andre Pangkerego salutes the flag during a 9/11 remembrance ceremony held at Naval Hospital Jacksonville. Pangkerego, a native of Edison, New Jersey, is a member of the hospital’s color guard. “I couldn’t be more proud to be a part of such a special group. Since I've been in the Navy, I have participated in morning colors every year.
