National Guard Supporting Del Rio CBP

Texas Guardsmen from El Paso's 3rd Battalion, 133 Field Artillery Regiment, assist the U.S. Border Patrol, Del Rio sector, by literally digging in to clear the ever-present dirt from the pneumatic weapons range’s mechanisms. The servicemembers efforts help cut the workload of the agents running the range and lessens the time the range is down. Border Patrol Agents must qualify with their weapons every quarter and part of the Guardsmen’s mission, getting more badges back to the border, is assisting with keeping their vehicles, ATVs and ranges mission ready.
