180905-N-NT795-019 SAN DIEGO (Sept. 5, 2018) Chief Operation Specialist Select Sean McDonald assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 3, signal the combat rubber raiding craft (CRRC) during CRRC launch and recovery training onboard Mark VI patrol boat as part of CPO initiation provided by CRG 1 Training and Evaluation Unit. CPO initiation is a professional education and training environment that starts when the announcement message is released, and time-honored tradition focused on the team/individuals as leaders of integrity, accountability, initiative and toughness. CRG provides a core capability to defend designated high value assets throughout the green and blue-water environment and providing deployable AFP worldwide in an integrated, joint and combined theater of operations.
