U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Neil R. Berry, the commanding officer of 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment (3/8), signs the Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) for Swansboro Middle School as part of the Adopt-A-School program at Swansboro High School in Swansboro, N.C., Aug 31, 2018. Berry signed the MOU to support community involvement in education through the Marine Corps.
