Master Sgt. James Small, a vehicle mechanic with the 169th Logistics Readiness Squadron at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, S.C., replaces a bald tire on a rim with a new one on Oct. 2, 2011. Vehicle maintenance personnel at McEntire conduct all maintenance requirements for the 124 vehicles currently on the base, from the fire trucks and re-fuelers to the forklifts and general purpose trucks.
