Jason Skaggs, a transportation coordinator with 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward), flies with 4 pallets of wheat and vegetable seed from Lashkar Gah, Afghanistan, to Kajaki, Sept. 30, 2011. The seed will be distributed to local farmers over the next several weeks as part of a four-year counter-narcotic program in Helmand province.
