Pallets of vegetable seed are loaded onto aircraft to be transported from Lashkar Gah, Afghanistan, to Kajaki, Sept. 30, 2011, as part of a Helmand province program to reduce the drug trade and increase stabilization and security in the area. The program has been in place for four years, distributing wheat and vegetable seed and fertilizer to more than 40,000 farmers in 11 districts.
