    U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Lapthe Flora, deputy commanding general for U.S. Army Africa, receives a tour from Col. MEDRETE 18-5 is the first combined effort for a medical readiness training exercise between the Rwandan government and U.S. Army Africa.
